How long will it take for my order to ship?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders quickly. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Shipping Times:

- Estimated transit time to the USA is 5-9 business days

- Estimated transit time to Canada is 6-10 business days

- Estimated transit time to Europe is 6-9 business days

Where does LOVEE deliver?

LOVEE is proud to offer international delivery to our customers. Simply select your country at checkout and we will take care of the rest. Estimated delivery times are typically 5 - 10 business days.

If you are unable to find your country on the checkout page, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@mylovee.store. We will create a VIP link for you and provide an estimated delivery time.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Shipping costs will be determined during the checkout process based on your country and the items in your order. For USA, Canada, and Europe, we offer free shipping on orders over $75.

How can I track the status of my order?

After you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation email to let you know that we've received your order.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with the a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mylovee.store. In your email, please include your order number and the correct shipping address, and we will do our best to update the shipping information for you.

Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your shipping address once your order has been processed.

Policies & Warranty

Can I return my item?

At LOVEE, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, and we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, you can send it back to us. We accept returns for any unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order at our return address.

To start the return process, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy, which provides detailed information on how to return your item and receive a refund or exchange.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

At LOVEE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why all our jewelry comes with a 60-days warranty. If there are any manufacturing or material defects with your purchase, we offer free replacements within this timeframe. 

If you experience a fault or breakage due to a manufacturing issue, please let us know by getting in touch with our customer service team info@mylovee.store. Please note that we will require proof of purchase to activate your warranty. If you have lost your order number, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help you locate it.

What is your jewelry made of?

At LOVEE, we use high-quality materials to make our jewellery. We offer gold plated, gold vermeil, sterling silver, and sterling silver plated jewellery. Our materials are carefully selected to ensure durability and shine.

How do I know my jewelry size?

Finding the perfect size for your jewelry can be tricky, but don't worry - we've made it easy for you! We've created a comprehensive size guide to help you find the best fit for your favourite pieces. 

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

At LOVEE, we are committed to providing high-quality, safe jewelry for our customers. All our jewelry is lead and nickel-free, which makes it hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin. 

However, please note that individual allergies vary, and we cannot guarantee that our jewelry will not cause a reaction in all cases. We always recommend researching product materials before purchasing, especially if you have specific sensitivities or allergies.

Can I shower in my jewelry?

While our pieces will not typically tarnish, we recommend taking them off before swimming, showering, or exercising to maintain their beautiful, thick layer.

It is important to note that harsh chemicals such as chlorine and saltwater can damage and reduce the shine of your jewelry. To prolong the life of your pieces, it's best to take it off when performing any activities that may expose it to these substances.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

We appreciate your interest in using discount codes to purchase our jewelry! However, please note that only one discount code can be applied per order.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined or used in conjunction with each other. 

Why isn't my discount code working?

We understand how frustrating it can be when a discount code doesn't work as expected. If you find that your discount code is not working, please check the following:

1. Some of our discount codes have minimum spends. Please ensure that your items meet this minimum before applying the code.

2. Codes are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please check that the discount code has not expired.

3. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or codes.

Yes, we offer gift cards at LOVEE! Simply select your preferred value, and we'll take care of the rest. Our digital gift cards are an excellent option for last-minute gifts, as they are sent directly to the recipient's email.

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. Also, our digital gift cards are non-refundable.

How do I use my LOVEE gift card?

We're excited that you have a LOVEE gift card! To use it, simply proceed to the payment section at checkout after entering your delivery address. You'll see a box where you can enter your gift card or discount code. Enter the gift card code from your email here and hit "apply." Your gift card value will be automatically applied to your order.
