At LOVEE, we prioritize quality and care about our customers. All of our jewellery purchased directly from our website comes with a 60-days warranty from the date of purchase.
In this period, we will replace pieces damaged due to manufacturing defects free of charge. These types of defects typically arise within the first few times a piece is worn.
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
- Loss and accidental damage;
- Damage due to regular wear and tear. Changes in appearance or gradual degradation;
- Breakage due to improper use or storage;
- Items that have been altered by another jeweller;
During the warranty period, if you experience any issues with a piece, please email support@mylovee.store with the following information so we can assist you further: proof of purchase (required) such as order number; name, email, and order number; attach image(s) of damaged item(s); description of your request;
If you received your jewelry as a gift, please provide us with the original order information including the email address or order number so that we can assist you effectively.
