We understand your eagerness to receive your LOVEE pieces promptly, and we are committed to fulfilling your order as soon as possible. Our dedicated team works diligently to ship your orders within 24-72 hours, depending on the volume of orders we receive.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on the following business day, excluding public holidays.

Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us that includes your tracking number. If you need any assistance tracking your order, please use our Order Status tool on our website.

In case you do not see the shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk, spam, or promotional email folder as some emails may be delivered there.

What is Pre-Order and How Does It Work?

A pre-order item is one that is not yet available for immediate shipping. However, you can still purchase it in advance, and we will add your order to our queue. As soon as the item becomes available, we will fulfill and ship it to you right away!

If your order includes both pre-order and non pre-order items, we will ship the non pre-order items as scheduled and hold the pre-order item(s) until they become available. Please note that your payment for all pre-order items will be processed at the time of checkout.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within one hour of placing your order,  and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed. However, please note that as we work hard to get your order dispatched quickly, we are unable to guarantee any changes.

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change the address. We recommend thoroughly reviewing your shipping information before checkout to avoid any inconvenience.

Lost Packages Policy

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team for assistance. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first to inquire about its status and location. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, please reach out to us via email at support@mylovee.store, and we gladly will assist you in filing a claim and investigating the issue.
