At LOVEE, we believe that jewelry has the power to be this one little thing that could make you feel unique. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept back any unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order at our return address.

It's important to note that:

- All products must be in their original condition and packaging, unaltered, unworn, and in a resaleable condition.

- We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your purchase included a gift item, please make sure to include it with your return, or else your refund will be adjusted.

- For 2-for-1 offers, both items must be returned for a refund. But, in case you only want to exchange one item, you can return only that specific item.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@mylovee.store and provide your order number, as well as a reason for the return.

We are more than happy to assist you and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

How soon will I receive my refund?

When you return an item, we make it our priority to process the refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 72 hours for our team to process your request. Typically, a refund will be issued within 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and will do everything we can to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Can I exchange my item?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, most of our jewelry is adjustable, and to ensure a proper fit, please refer to our Size Guide.

What can I do if I receive the wrong item?

We understand that receiving the wrong item can be frustrating, but please know that it is a very rare occurrence. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

If you do happen to receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team at support@mylovee.store and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and images of the faulty product. We will quickly resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please note that LOVEE cannot take responsibility for any shipping issues that result from false or incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address while placing your order, please contact us at support@mylovee.store immediately with the correct information. Our customer service team will attempt to rectify the issue if possible, but we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been fulfilled.
